Damage Policy

The most of the damages will be covered from our rental and insurance agreements. We have the following exclusions:

Exclusions:
The damage waiver does not apply or is invalid where:

1. the damage waiver is caused by:
   1. Borrower’s intentional, willful, wanton, or reckless conduct.
   2. operation of a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
   3. exposure of the rental item to water or other liquids, where such exposure is not the intended use of the rental item.
   4. use of a rental item in a manner that violates federal, state, or local law or
   5. Borrower’s failure to exercise ordinary care to prevent damage while in possession of the item.
2. the Borrower takes the rental item outside Lefkada island (without information) or outside Greece
3. the Borrower provided fraudulent information to MobilityScooters.gr
4. the Borrower refuses to reasonably cooperate with Cmobilityscooters.gr, insurance companies, or governmental entities in the investigation or recovery of any rental item reported by Borrower as damaged under the damage waiver.
5. Loss and theft are not covered under this damage waiver and the borrower is responsible for paying the reasonable market value of the item(s) lost or stolen during the rental period.
