What Items can I rent from mobilityscooters.gr?
You can rent mobility scooters, wheelchair and power wheelchair, electric bikes and more.
What if the item I want is not listed?
If you do not see the item you want on mobilityscooters.gr, please send us a note at [email protected]. We will do our best in order to fulfill any of your requests.
How do I pay for my rental?
After making your reservation, we will send you a secure link where you can enter your card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, DISCOVER). Bank transfers are also acceptable.
What if my delivery and pickup locations are different?
Not a problem. As long as the delivery and pickup locations are within our delivery zones, we can make it happen. Just let us know at the time of reservation and no later than 24 hours before the pickup time.
Where am I going to find my online rented mobility scooter?
The most of the times we deliver it at the reception of your accommodation so you can find it there when you arrive. In any case we will be in touch for letting us know where you wish to pick it up.
What if I have to cancel my order?

Is there a store where we can pick up or drop off our rental scooter?
Our base is at Palmyra Hotel in Nidri-Lefkada. The most of your orders will be delivered and picked up from your place, so you don’t need to stress up. If absolutely needed however, you can pass by our base and we will arrange everything face to face.
Are taxes included in the rental?
All fees and tax are included in your booking.
What is the minimum amount of time I can rent an item?
One day.
Where can I use the services of mobilityscooters.gr?
Holidays, Cruises, daily trips, city breaks, accidents during your holidays and in any other case you feel is necessary.
Can I rent a scooter to visit another country?
Yes but please first contact us at [email protected] to arrange all the details.
How do I rent mobility equipment?
It's easy! You can book your rental online through our rental page, simply by filling the asking steps.
How fast can I book mobility equipment?
Due to high demand, we recommend you to book as early as you book your holidays in order to be sure that there will be availability. Sometimes you can take advantage of any Early booking discount that might me available. In any case even if we don’t have availability for your asking dates, we will do our best in order to service you since our company is continuing to expand and new items are coming rapidly.
Does mobilityscooters.gr sell any of the equipment?

I am heavier than the average person. Will the equipment be suitable for my needs?
We are using a special designed searching machine based on your weight. Please fill the right columns and the suitable mobility scooter will come us for you without need to stress.
When do I recharge the equipment's batteries?
The battery on your personal transport vehicle requires charging each day - just plug the power cord into a standard outlet at the end of the day and allow it to charge overnight. You can anyway ask for a second battery if you plan to use your mobility vehicle for many hours during the day. For any further assistance please call at +30 6973770079
Will the equipment fit into the trunk of a car?
Transportable scooters can be disassembled and loaded into the trunk of a medium to full-sized car (with the heaviest piece weighing between 35 and 60 kg).
Standard/Heavy Duty scooters and powerchairs cannot be disassembled and are more suitable to be transported in a minivan or SUV.
